I always feel a bit “annoyed” by the fact that I have to keep scrolling to the bottom of my topic (which sometimes is a long one) if I want to edit. The fact that the wrench is always visible when we scroll, having the Edit Topic/Post option would be a great addition.
Sometimes I’m just reading a topic I just posted, or a reply, and I catch something I want to change. My instinct is to immediately click the wrench icon to then be reminded that I have to scroll all the way down to edit my topic/post.
Please, consider that, especially because we already have the Delete Topic and other options that could be considered “close family” to “editing a topic/post”.
