This theme component adds the full nav bar on both mobile and desktop on the groups page:
It’s based on the component that does the same thing with /users. So much so, that I’m not really sure how this works 
FYI - This theme component is now broken due to the recent changes on the group page. I’m at a conference right now, but I’ll look at repairing it when I get back. If any one else wants to take a stab at it, go ahead
Movi isso para a categoria (novíssima!) #customization:theme:broken-theme para evitar qualquer confusão. Ainda assim, seria ótimo corrigir o problema. Usar a API oficial de plugins JavaScript tornaria o sistema mais resiliente no futuro (o mesmo vale para a equivalente em /user).

Este plugin substitui a funcionalidade que este antigo tema fornecia: Custom Top Navigation Links
Nota: não há razão técnica para isso exigir um plugin; essa modificação pode ser feita usando apenas a API do lado do cliente em um componente de tema.
