Allow users to See their "Trust Level Requirements Report"

I loved the new user directory option added. My users are finding it pretty useful to find out about the most active members of the community. One of the things my users often ask is how long will it take for them to qualify to Trust Level 2 or 3. I often direct them to the trust level requirements page but users loved the option which is available to admins only. I think we should be able to see this on our user profile. It’s nice to see what more we have to do.

Typical users shouldn’t need to worry about it. If they are active, it will simply happen, if they aren’t, it won’t.
