Adding Tags in composer is not fully internationalize?

I have tried to translate the section where we can add tags to a new topic but without any lock. I have tested all the languages. the all fall to English. Is there any trick that I can use to translate this part. It shows “Searching…” normally, and “Loading failed” when there is no network.

Unfortunately those strings are hard-coded in an external library that we use, Select2.js. Will need to hack it so they can be translated in Transifex.
