That’s the one! Do either of you know if this applies to TL0 users that are locked permanently in that state or is this solely for the first 24 hours of account life?
Agreed, this was part of our thinking on how to tackle this edge case. Easy on-ramp out of TL0 for productive users, and lock those in TL0 if they’re problematic
