Admin/email/smtp_should_reject Endpunkt nicht durch email.receive emails Scope erlaubt

We’re using scoped API keys for direct email delivery and are currently implementing the fast rejection interface.

However, it turns out that the admin/email#smtp_should_reject route is not included in the email.receive emails API scope.

Is this on purpose or is this an oversight?
