When editing one’s profile, then clicking the Save Changes button, and ten scrolling to the top to click Expand, only some of the profile shows.
In fact, I realised you didn’t even need to edit your profile! It seems that merely clicking the Save Changes button does this.
Closing the profile (Collapse) and opening it again doesn’t help.

I can’t repro this with your instructions. Does it happen here on Meta or just your site?
