When using the Alient Night theme and upgrading to a more recent Discourse release, I noticed the colors on the hamburger menu items was no longer visible.

yes, sorry for that. I hard coded some colors in my theme, since I didn’t know better 2 years ago.
I will rework that part for sure to make it more user friendly. See below.

A note to everyone who is using my theme:
Hard times are going on for me right now. If all works out, I have much more time in about one month again.
Over the time Discourse implemented fundamental changes to themes and how you can make one.
I classify my theme for now as “legacy”, so I really want to rework this one completely or release a brand new one - to be announced.

BTW, I noticed that text boxes don’t seem to change color whether in dark mode or light mode… The text boxes seem really bright in Dark mode…

When the /unread page is empty, it displays an explanation in the education class. I think that it is not being switched properly, so it shows as the primary colour even in dark mode.
Maybe this is one of those changes that came more recently?

No me preguntes a dónde fueron los últimos 2 años. No puedo creer que me haya llevado tanto tiempo, ¡lo siento!
Pero aquí está, release 4.0.0.
Nota: con la versión 4.0.0 rediseñé/refactoricé el tema desde cero. Es más amigable con el contraste, utiliza variables CSS y es, en general, más elegante.
Nuevamente, con un interruptor Oscuro/Claro implementado. Esta vez, por ahora, con la ayuda de un componente externo ( Dark/Light Mode Toggle )

Ya no puedo añadir componentes a este tema.
Funciona bien con cualquier otro, pero no con este. De hecho, tampoco podía hacerlo antes de esta actualización.

Logré agregar los componentes del tema después de deshabilitar el tema y activarlo nuevamente.
Así es como se veía después de habilitar el componente
Y ahora, después de solo refrescar la página, el menú de hamburguesa desapareció.
Intenté deshabilitar y volver a habilitar el componente, pero ahora no puedo agregarlo al tema. Estoy haciendo clic en el botón verde pero no sucede nada.

Hmm, la primera dice que hay un error de javascript, supongo. He probado algunas combinaciones yo mismo y no he podido reproducirlo por ahora.
Creo que lo mejor es esperar hasta que se actualice el componente Dark-Light Toggle.

Actualicé mi tema eliminando mi barra lateral artificial para inyectar el componente yo mismo de esa manera.
Por favor, actualiza tu tema e instala el componente tú mismo para tener un selector de modo oscuro/claro
(aún no he podido averiguar cómo empaquetar componentes de temas dentro de temas).
No sé si esto solucionará tu problema. Si no es así, creo que hay algo más grave que te está pasando.

Este tema es muy agradable. Cuando agregué un componente “Gated Topic Category” en Gated Topic Category, intenté agregar este tema “Alien Night Theme”, pero obtuve un error

Tiene una barra vertical | en su nombre. Cámbiala a un guion - por ejemplo. No sé si la coma , también funciona.
