When the secure uploads feature is enabled, moderators lose the ability to view or manage attachments (such as images or files) in topics that have been deleted. Only admins retain access to these uploads. While moderators can see and access deleted topic content, any attachments referenced in these posts produce permission errors and are inaccessible unless the user is an admin.
Sometimes we need to review whether the deletion of a topic was justified, but we cannot view the attachments in the topic, which is very inconvenient.
