Allow to limit assign plugin to certain categories

As different categories have rather different use cases, this would be quite practical.

Do you have your staff or other groups that are allowed to assign topics to someone assigning them in categories where they shouldn’t?

Is this a problem that you’re experiencing?

We would like to use this feature for basic task management for a larger number of groups using internal categories, including a significant number of users without a lot of experience.

However, we also have larger public parts of our discourse instance, where we do not want to use this feature and particular would not like to confuse people with it.

We have a similar setup with mixed private and public content on this site, and we manage assigns using the Assign allowed on groups setting and adding a group with only our team members to it. When you do that people in other groups can’t see assigns at all.
