Is this the only way of connecting as SMTP ports are being blocked by provider (Digital Ocean) and their support doesnt respond to the ticket.
(I see several requests like Proposed changes to discourse-setup because Digital Ocean blocks outbound smtp - Dev - Discourse Meta
this is not the solution for us as they didnt respond to the ticket

אז, באופן עקרוני אין SMTP עם דיגיטל אושן (מאחר ו-2525 לא האופציה או שאינה המהימנה)
One of my projects recently suffered this and 2525 was not able to send email. I suspect they are silently also blocking this port too. The only way we could send again was to raise a ticket and get the restriction lifted (which was very easy because no history of spam as they said) once it was lifted the emails worked.
Meanwhile.. Contabo… not the best provider on disk speed on a standard VPS instance… offers access to port 25. In fact I am running a MailCow instance on one of their VPS instances for several of my sites (7 to be exact).. and shock of all shocks… the IP shows clean in every checker I could use to see if it was a trashed ASN or IP.
I use DO for multiple sites.. but for mail delivery.. I will run away from them as if they were a plague carrier. They have a horrible IP/ASN history and delivering mail from almost ANY of their ASN/IP addresses is problematic as their ASN/IP’s are listed in many lsts.
I was honestly surprised at how clean the IP/ASN for my Contabo VPS was since it is a low end/cheap VPS offering.
