할당 대화상자 동작이 갑자기 마우스 조작 필요하도록 변경됨

I used to be able to:

1. Click on ‘Assign’. That puts focus in the Assignee search box, so I can
2. Type to find my target group
3. Arrow to my choice in the list
4. Enter to select my choice
5. Tab to the comment input
6. Ctrl-Enter to submit

Now, on step 4, the dialog poofs away, with no assignment made.
Now I must click on my selection before submitting the dialog.
