자동 헤더 링크가 불안정합니다

I just created a wiki post that will have many headers.

Someone pointed out that links to the header ids were broken and I realized that the anchors seem to change when new headings are added before the heading in question.

Is this really the expected behaviour?

헤더 ID가 안정적으로 유지되기를 기대합니다. 텍스트에 충돌이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 왜 숫자가 필요한지 이해하지 못하겠습니다.

더 좋은 방법은 텍스트를 수정해도 헤더가 유지되는 것일 텐데, 텍스트 기반 편집에서는 이를 달성하기가 어렵습니다.
