Understood. I’ll give this another shot and let more time pass (2 or 3 days). What I don’t understand is that I see the rake avatars:refresh task finish (after 5 minutes), but nothing shows up in the Sidekiq queues. So, I don’t really know how much time I need to wait here. It seems like nothing is happening in the background.
oops missed this. yes they are using CDN.
i think the reason i don’t have the issue is because on one site where i migrated from standard install to a two-container with CDN and an R2 bucket for uploads, there weren’t a whole lot of users (~200 at the time of migration, but a lot more now). the other site i set up R2 object storage when i first set it up so it’s always been that way.
