CSS editor的返回按钮不起作用

the back button in the CSS editor appears to be not working, including in safe mode.

repro:

  1. go to admin-custromize-themes and chose a theme to edit css
  2. go to css editor and make a change and save (or don’t make a change)
  3. try to use the back button
