I made a new backup file, 310.4mb, I’m downloading the file through the link I receive to my email but when more than 100mb of the file downloaded the browser simply is canceling it.

How is your Discourse installed? Is it behind a reverse proxy?

The problem is still, any other way i can download the backups?
am trying to download the backups through the download manager but the URL cannot be identified.

You can move the files with scp or rsync.
