I found the culprit.
It was this theme component: Account Deletion Request.
I disabled it and now the banner on the wrong place went away (and some other awkward positions of the other objects too got corrected).
Now though 75% of the problem seems to be solved, yet one part remains that google ads won’t stop (although on their proper place now). But I’ve continued this in this thread.
