The text under the “Blocked email domains” says you should enter a pipe-delimited list but when you click on the input you are only given the possibility to enter each domain in turn and press enter, resulting it what looks like a list of “tags”.

I agree this is a little confusing that the list is shown with commas while the text says you should use pipes.
But you can actually use the pipes to paste more than one entry. For example, when you have a list like traveleza.com|defenceforself.com and paste that in the input, both domains are added at once.
