Bounce score does not reset when email address is changed

I suggest that as an alternative solution the update of an email address would reset the bounce score for that user.

Yeah this seems like an easy workaround here, feel free to submit a PR.

But yeah the ideal fix here is to stop associating bounce score with user, this is not right.
