Broken width responsive mobile

My Discourse is broken width mobile UI, i disable all theme component and plugin but not effect.
How can i test and fix ít?
Have way comback all setting in Dashboard?

It does look like something is wrong with the theme component. Have you tried Safe Mode (/safe-mode)?

ok looks like what Don said is right, you probably have desktop mode enabled and this component is not well adapted
