Ich wäre dankbar für eine Möglichkeit (eine Rake-Aufgabe oder eine Datenbankabfrage über die Kommandozeile ist in Ordnung), Themen und Nachrichten massenhaft zu aktualisieren, um sie einem anderen Benutzer zuzuweisen. Diese Anforderung taucht in meiner Community häufig auf, da Mitarbeiter kommen und gehen, wir aber dennoch Nachverfolgungen durchführen müssen. Derzeit hat ein Benutzer fast 100 zugewiesene Themen, die an jemand anderen übergeben werden müssen.

This situation comes up periodically and I am always wishing there were a quick fix, but at the end of the day it typically is better anyway to just buckle down and take a few hours to look at the tickets and close them or reassign them to somebody else.
