I want to properly inform my users.
If I allow FB auth on a site that requires login to see anything (anonymous disabled) what information can FB learn about their user’s posting activity on the Discourse site?

Actually nothing at all 
Facebook only knows that a user has tried to register to your forum with his Facebook account. Nothing more.
