沈黙されたメンバーは、沈黙状態のままでもスタッフに私的メッセージを送れると認識していました。

しかし、私が沈黙を設定してもそのような動作は起きていません。変更すべき設定はありますか？

Do they have the trust levels to actually do so? I’ve had silenced members send us personal messages with no trouble.

Heather, you’re right. Someone who is TL0 doesn’t have the ability to message at all. That’s the difference. Up the TL, ability to message the mods/admins is still there when they are silenced.
