음소거된 멤버가 스태프에게 DM을 보낼 수 있나요?

음소거된 멤버는 음소거 상태에서도 스태프에게 개인 메시지를 보낼 수 있다고 알고 있었습니다.

하지만 제가 음소거를 걸면 그렇게 되지 않는 것 같습니다. 변경해야 할 설정이 있나요?

Do they have the trust levels to actually do so? I’ve had silenced members send us personal messages with no trouble.

Heather, you’re right. Someone who is TL0 doesn’t have the ability to message at all. That’s the difference. Up the TL, ability to message the mods/admins is still there when they are silenced.
