I’ve started to play with Discourse Chat, and I can already see the value of it on top of Discourse’s traditional forum-style communication.
But from what I can tell, only users who are logged in can see that the chat exists. I’ve added everyone to the chat allowed groups setting. But when I view my Discourse without being logged in, I don’t see the chat icon at all.
I understand why a user wouldn’t be able to post a chat message without being logged in, but is it possible to let people know that the chat exists before they log in?
