Hi there!

Can I set a specific theme for the new visitors, and another theme for old users? So when a community member first visit our forum, he or she will see a page includes more info & categories, while this member visit the forum again, he or she will see another lean page for less distraction. Is it possible?

If you just want to switch Latest out for Categories for Trust Level 0 users, certainly doable in a small Theme Component.

If you have budget, suggest posting in marketplace .
