If, as an admin, for some good reason, I Anonymize a user’s account, and that person later rejoins (and convinces, of course, that they are the same person) can I use Merge to give the new account ownership of all the posts and badges and history of the old one?

Should do, I’ve done 2 merges in the past, I’ve never done it with an anon account, but in both cases they worked.
