Can staff read other people's PM's? What about admins?

Hi,

I just need to double-check if my understanding of this is correct, from what I searched and learned about Private Messages in Discourse:

  1. Staff is a group that includes both admins and moderators
  2. Admins can read PM’s from any user to any user, by seeing the Activity in the user’s profile
  3. Moderators can’t read anyone’s PM’s except their own

Is this correct? Thanks!

Admins can view flag PM live or not
Moderators can view flagged PM only when the flag is live.
