Can`t scroll topic when replying

I was here and I needed to scroll topic to find one post I would like to quote.

I must close the composer, find what I wanted to quote and then return to the draft and continue.

The expectation is I can do what I’ve done earlier: scroll that topic.

And possible reasons for that issue: iPad and DiscourseHub. And no, I didn’t check if Safari would work better.

Ah so when the software keyboard is visible on iOS we lock scroll because the composer takes up the full screen — so adding an exception here for iPads when the composer is open but the content is visible
