It’s a site setting Go to /admin/site_settings/ and use search to find it

Thank you, I’ve seen it, but I’m not sure why it’s displaying two banners. The top one is fine, but the second one with my icon seems unnecessary. How do I remove the second one ?? [Screenshot (354)]
