Is it possible to relocate the canned responses icon out of the options for the text editor so that it’s beside the other icons in said editor?

Canned Replies is actually being replaced by the newer, super-swish Templates. This has a really useful keyboard shortcut to access it while focused in any text area, if that’s any help?
