Cannot assign topic to group

Hi, I cannot assign a topic to a group even though my settings show that group. The below announce should allow me to do that is it ? Thanks.

This feature is now supported and implemented The site setting assign allowed on groups controls the list of groups you can assign to. When a topic is assigned to a group it shows up in the individual assign list for all group members. They are notified when this assignment happens.

In addition to the Assign allowed on groups site setting have you also set the ‘Who can assign this group’ to something other than ‘nobody’ on the group’s /manage/interaction page?

yes this. as per the Discourse Assign topic:

Also, user groups can be assigned to the topic. In that case, each group member will receive a notification. In group Interaction configuration, you can specify Who can assign this group. By default, is it set to nobody.
