Cannot Change Status of Assigned Topics

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click “Assignment” button of a topic which is assigned to you
2. Select “Edit Assignment”
3. Attempt to change status from “New”
4. See that nothing changes

I’m an Admin.

Confirmed, this is a regression.

To reproduce you need to enable the feature enable assign status and then the status picker pops up.

We will sort this out over the next few weeks.
