I had a problem with deleting, but it’s too long ago for me to remember whether it might be linked… Discourse Subscriptions - account deleted too soon when user cancels - deletion not noted on admin interface
That looks different to the other topic after all. I can’t remember whether that was a problem I had, sorry.
I ran into the same issue. If you need to destroy a product, try doing it through your Stripe dashboard as that method worked for me. If you destroy the product through Stripe, it will be automatically updated on your Discourse instance.
