Cannot reach all buttons in user menu on short screens

Some buttons in the notifications menu (including the profile menu) can’t be reached on very short screens.

In mobile horizontal, the profile button is not reachable:

We cannot scroll down to reach the button.
You have to tilt your phone vertical just to reach your preferences.
