CLI経由でデータベースを復元しようとすると、次のエラーで失敗します。

フォーラムは古いサーバーで正常に動作しています。読み取り専用モードにし、バックアップを取得し、新しいマシンに転送して、復元を開始しました。

これを解決する方法について、何かアイデアはありますか？

インデックスが破損しているようです。それらのエントリを削除または更新する必要があります。検索すれば、一般的にその方法を説明しているトピックがまだいくつか見つかると思います。

古いサーバーでは、そのテーブルを再インデックス化し、成功するまでさまざまな変更を試みてください。SQLに慣れておらず、予算がある場合は、Marketplace で質問するか、私に連絡してください。

Discourse と postgres のバージョンは何を実行していますか？ postgres 13 以降、この種のケースはあまり見ていません。
