看起来您的索引已损坏。您需要删除或更新这些条目。如果您搜索，我认为仍然有一些主题可以大致描述如何操作。

在旧服务器上，您可以尝试重新索引该表并不断更改设置，直到成功为止。如果您不熟悉 SQL 并且有预算，可以在 Marketplace 频道提问或联系我。

您正在运行哪个版本的 Discourse 和 postgres？自 postgres 13 以来，我很少遇到这种情况。
