Can't add tags while editing a topic

tags are not added while editing the topic.

I am on the latest tests-passed branch can anyone else also reproduce this issue?

No repro on latest. Please check the usual: safe mode, errors in logs, any modified setting, can you repro on try?

I tried Safe mode, no errors in log, no modified setting but it’s working on try.discourse.org

Seems something is wrong with my setup.

I recommend trying without any plugins on local.
