Can't change tracking status from post timeline menu on mobile

I don’t know if “post timeline menu” is the right term, but the picture below should make my meaning obvious. Tapping the circled button just closes the menu instead of giving the tracking options. I’m on latest iOS, Safari, and can reproduce the issue here on Meta.

Already got caught by this in the past, so I fixed it here and wrote a test for it this time:

Yes probably safer, and would be very easy to revert if needed.
