Steps:
- Create a new subcategory
- Go in the subcategory page
- New topic button is greyed out and the notification button has no icon:
The issue remains until we reload the entire page, then the buttons work:

@pmusaraj this is probably related to full page category. You can force a reload on next transition same way we do on upgrade (that way it will be least intrusive).
Previously we used to force a full refresh on category save.
