Can't delete a tag group if it has no member

If a tag group has no tags in it, it can’t be deleted. To delete it, you have to add a tag first.

You probably can’t create a tag group with no members unless you use the api.

So you did it via the API? Because you can’t do it normally. Use your solution in that case then.
