Heeft iemand advies voor het contacteren van Digital Ocean support als je niet kunt inloggen – en ze reageren nooit als je hun contactformulier “Kan niet inloggen/Ontvang de code niet” gebruikt? (Ik heb het twee keer in twee maanden geprobeerd. Er komen nooit 2FA-codes aan. Geen reactie van DO Support.)
Sorry dat ik dit hier post, maar ik ben wanhopig. We hebben genoeg updates gemist om SSH te vereisen, Digital Ocean stuurt me de 2FA-code niet om de login te voltooien, en ze houden blijkbaar hun back-upkanalen niet in de gaten.
Hey Brian. You don’t want to upgrade on that server. Your OS is years out of date and I’m pretty sure doesn’t have a docker version that’s compatible with current Discourse. If you try to upgrade you’ll almost certainly break things.
Also, you need to do PostgreSQL 15 update and there isn’t space on your drive to do that.
I still have SSH access to your server. Worst case, I can add your key to the server and give you access that way. You could then create a new Digital Ocean account and migrate from the old droplet to the new one.
If you’ll email me an ssh key I’ll be happy to add it to your existing droplet.
