On the /admin/plugins/explorer page, I click on a custom query, click on the pencil icon, the editable name and description fields are briefly displayed and the page then refreshes so am unable to edit those fields.
Logged in as an admin user. Version installed 3.5.0.beta7-dev (a2b0c193df)
I can repro this as well. 
3.5.0.beta7-dev 8074c8dadd (not quite latest, but about 19 commits behind)
