Category selector don't overflow through the search container

When the results aren’t dynamically loaded yet, the category selector his partially hidden:

Thanks, yeah this is a bit tricky to fix due to CSS being very tricky to workaround here, but we will get it sorted.

We need the truncation for the category badges in the hamburger menu, but the style rule was too broad, it was applying to all menu panels. I restricted it to just the category badges in the hamburger menu in UX: Don't truncate category names in search panel · discourse/discourse@aca2697 · GitHub, should be better now for the search results in the OP.
