Central theme is broken

I normally use the Default theme but I wanted to get some inspiration so I switched to Central using the theme selector in the bottom left. That broke Meta for me. I had to go to safe mode and through my preferences to get things back to a working state. I also tried anonymous (logged out) and I tried both Firefox and Chrome - all broken.
