Change owner does not open keyboard on mobile

It is not possible to change a topic owner on mobile (PWA). Clicking into the field does not open a keyboard.

@tvavrda Is this still a problem?

I wonder if Cannot change Post Ownership (Android/Chrome) - #2 by awesomerobot will fix this
