Change votes icon in user activity to 'check-to-slot'

When the icons for plugins in the admin sidebar were added, was chosen for the topic voting plugin.

I’d like to suggest also using that icon in the user activity. Currently, the icon there is a heart, just like it is for likes.

Hmm… what about in Horizon: High Context Topic Cards?

Hmm, I was actually in doubt what to use for the topic cards and didn’t think we already had a different icon in use (like exhibit A).

Will most likely update the cards to match.
