On my /admin/manage-updates I see

But the changelog link shows changes from today:
Just like the GitHub link takes me to 3bcc19a, I would expect the changelog link to take me to a list with a range of commits that ends with my version. But instead of something like https://releases.discourse.org/changelog/custom?end=3bcc19a5d2df81fcdfda6fa461ede9e9cac92c48&start=v2026.8.0-latest it links to https://releases.discourse.org/changelog/v2026.8.0 which includes “changes” that haven’t arrived on my forum.
