Cheers leaderboard inconsistent with "You" section on All-Time

I have noticed an inconsistency where the cheers on the leaderboard has not been updated, making it inconsistent with the leaderboard. I first noticed this on another forum that was created a few days ago. (https://lxforums.discourse.group/leaderboard/1 → Leaderboard link)

When scrolling down, my entry has been seen.

This is what it shows as “You” at the top.

The scores update every 5 minutes, but we added a 4h cache to the leaderboard page in

https://github.com/discourse/discourse-gamification/pull/107

We are discussing another cache strategy that can be sync with the cache, but this is a solution to the performance of the leaderboard page in the meantime.
