You need to follow the instructions to push the assets to S3:

In order to store Discourse static assets in your Object Storage add this configuration on your app.yml under the hooks section:

  after_assets_precompile:
    - exec:
        cd: $home
        cmd:
          - sudo -E -u discourse bundle exec rake s3:upload_assets
          - sudo -E -u discourse bundle exec rake s3:expire_missing_assets

What did you use for CDN? If it was cloudflare, how did you configure it?
